It is my great pleasure to recommend Mr. Norris Chirilianu, a student in the Communication and Emerging Media bachelor's program at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA), as the founder of NC Media and a young professional with remarkable potential in the field of communication, digital marketing, and multimedia production.


As a lecturer at SNSPA, I have had the opportunity to meet and work with Norris in various academic contexts. Over time, I have noticed his constant evolution and genuine commitment to professional excellence. Norris stands out through a solid combination of theoretical knowledge and relevant practical experience, accumulated through active involvement in projects carried out in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors.

Among his most relevant achievements are his work in media production (e.g., CONCELEX SRL) and his involvement in institutional communication and public relations within prestigious organizations such as the Ministry of National Defense (internship) and the National Council of Students, where he held leadership positions. Moreover, the establishment and development of NC Media demonstrates not only entrepreneurial spirit, but also a deep understanding of strategic areas such as online marketing, branding, graphic design, and project management.


In addition to these skills, Norris has demonstrated exemplary professionalism: he is attentive to detail, respectful of institutional rules and protocols, and excels in both verbal and written communication. His experiences in formal contexts, such as working with state structures, are clear evidence of his adaptability and seriousness.


Beyond his professional skills, Norris is driven by genuine intellectual curiosity and a constant desire for improvement. He is a young man focused on learning, development, and excellence—values that are essential to any professional team, including NC Media.
