The legal cap of RON 15,000 excl. VAT applies to the software in the digital package. Hosting, maintenance and VAT are not eligible in the programme and are contracted separately. Each package includes a compliant price quote for the funding file, valid for 12 months.

Preparing the funding file

How much non-refundable funding do I get through SME Eco-Tech?
Up to 40% of the project value, capped at RON 267,240. The remaining minimum 60% is a bank loan taken from one of the programme's partner banks.
What does the digital package include?
A presentation website or online store, domain registration (without hosting), website promotion, business software, electronic signature, IT equipment, licenses, smartphones and tablets.
What is the minimum project value?
RON 668,100 in eligible expenses, of which green investments (renewable energy, recycling, resource efficiency) must be at least 40%. The digital package complements the project.
Who can apply?
SMEs with fully private capital, established by 31.12.2021, with positive 2024 turnover (micro-enterprises: at least RON 2 million), no budget debts and an eligible main NACE code authorized since 01.01.2022.
How long does implementation take?
Up to 12 months from the funding agreement entering into force. We usually deliver the website or store within 2–8 weeks of that period.
What obligations do I have after funding?
Create one new permanent job, keep at least 50% of your 2024 average staff until 2028, maintain positive turnover and submit yearly progress reports.
